We offer a short free gin tour in Essex on Saturdays, if you’d like to visit us and experience how we make our Essex gin.
We’ll show you around, introduce you to our botanicals, processes and of course Monty the still. Of course there will be some free gin tasting too.
If you have any special requirements do just let us know. We are dog friendly and have access for wheelchairs.

The gin tasting was lovely.Verified Hidden Gem Away in our camper van at Thorpe le Soken for what is supposed to be the worst weekend this summer (but we ain’t doing bad so far 😎), we booked to visit East Coast Distillery for their tour and gin tasting, & we defo found the areas hidden gem.Not a big gin drinker, until Clive Stringer gave us a bottle of IoW Mermaid gin a couple of years back, Ben gave us a passionate talk about the distillery, gin & how they make the different varieties, while plying us with at least 8 falvour gins!It is all free with no pressure to buy anything, but you’re hooked on your favourite gins, so of course you do! 😊Not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon & would recommend a visit if you’re in the area!Verified A great Gin experience What an interesting and fun tour. Nicole was very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about her business. Every step of the process was explained and of course this was added to by tasting several Gins. My sister-in-law Miriam organised our visit as a surprise for me and what a surprise it was. Apart from the fact that I love GnT, we had a fabulous fun group of 8 people and a superb host in Nicole. She explained everything fabulously and made it all so informative but interesting. We got to toast some delicious gin some bottles of which I purchased. Well it would be rude not to as it was so nice. They are a small but superbly organised company providing a fabulous product. They are very innovative too with events they put on.
