Miss Blennerhassett’sAfternoon Tea Gin
Using a specially distilled base including juniper, vanilla, rose petals, hibiscus, strawberry and orange blossom, this is then cut down using purified strawberry and raspberry juices from local fruit farmers DC Williamson. We then add a small amount of sugar, the result is a beautifully sweet gin with jammy notes. Perfect on its own or with a good mixer for a refreshing long drink.
